Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

 It is not necessary for you to be present during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to provide access via a key or code. Rest assured, our staff are fully vetted and trained to handle your space with respect. 

 

Policies and Guarantees

What happens if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please reach out to us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly and arrange for any necessary follow-up cleaning. 

 

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
